By accessing and using Cosmo Obfuscator ("the Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to these Terms of Service, please do not use the Service.

2. Use of Service

Cosmo Obfuscator provides code obfuscation services for Lua/Luau scripts. You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

You agree NOT to:

• Use the Service to obfuscate malicious code, viruses, malware, or any harmful software
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or hack the obfuscation system
• Abuse the API or attempt to bypass rate limits
• Share your API keys with unauthorized parties
• Use the Service to violate any applicable laws or regulations

3. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.

We do NOT guarantee:

• That obfuscated code will be 100% unbreakable or secure
• That the Service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free
• That obfuscated scripts will work in all executors or environments
• That the obfuscation will prevent all forms of reverse engineering

4. Limitation of Liability

IMPORTANT: Cosmo and its operators shall NOT be liable for any damages arising from:

• Viruses, malware, or malicious code in obfuscated scripts (whether intentionally added by you or introduced during obfuscation)
• Loss of data or code
• Unauthorized access to your scripts or API keys
• Failure of obfuscated code to execute properly
• Any damages caused by scripts obfuscated using our Service
• Third-party actions or breaches

You acknowledge that you use the Service at your own risk and are solely responsible for any code you obfuscate and distribute.

5. Refund Policy

ALL SALES ARE FINAL. WE DO NOT OFFER REFUNDS.

This includes but is not limited to:

• Subscription fees (Pro, Teams, Cosmic plans)
• Bonus obfuscation purchases
• Promo code redemptions

By purchasing any plan or service, you acknowledge and agree to this no-refund policy.

6. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties, or for any other reason.

7. Intellectual Property

You retain all rights to your original source code. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to process and obfuscate your code.

The obfuscation technology, algorithms, and Service infrastructure are proprietary to Cosmo and protected by intellectual property laws.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
